Conference Overview

We are happy to announce the registration for our first ever combined Community Conference is now open. Due to increasing COVID restrictions and for the safety and well-being of all those who will be attending this year's Qualifacts+Credible Community Conference, WE ARE GOING VIRTUAL!

Wondering what the Community Conference is all about? This annual Conference is the largest gathering of Qualifacts+Credible staff, partners, customers, users, and agencies in the country. This year's four-day virtual conference provides attendees the opportunity to take advantage of educational and informational sessions, networking opportunities, roundtables, Qualifacts+Credible leadership and SME interaction, and much more. We have created a variety of sessions that will address your needs and can be attended by all roles and experience levels. In addition, industry insiders will help you maximize the use of the Qualifacts+Credible software platform, which in turn will help you to continually improve the lives of your clients and fulfill your organization's mission.

During your time with us, we will provide you with current industry/market insights and changes, important training opportunities, information on software updates, and numerous opportunities to network with industry colleagues. Grab your co-workers and get ready to take a deep dive into the variety of ways that Qualifacts+Credible can partner with you to maximize your organization's technology investment!

Already Registered? Start building your completely customizable conference agenda NOW!

With session registration now open, you can make your daily agenda and sign up for sessions available at this year's Annual Community Conference! To build your four-day conference experience, simply choose the sessions that interest you from the offerings categorized by learning track. Descriptions are available at a glance for each session.

Follow the steps below to create your conference agenda:

  1. Visit the Annual Community Conference website here.
  2. Locate the "Already Registered" link in the main header under the Register Now button.
  3. Click the link and enter your email address and confirmation number. Click Log in.
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the "Modify Registration" button.
  5. Check to make sure the information you previously entered is still accurate. 
  6. Click Next until you get to the Sessions selection page.
  7. Select your sessions using the dropdown lists in the time slots and click "Select" to add it to your agenda.
  8. Click Next when you are done adding sessions to your agenda. Note: the page will time out after 15 minutes.
  9. Review your registration summary and click Next.
  10. Click Submit to complete and save your changes.
  11. Print the page for your records.

Joining the Virtual Conference

Step 1: Go to the Virtual Hub!
The first thing you will need to do is click the button below to go to the virtual hub and log in using your first and last name and email address.

Step 2: Verification Code
Then, go back to your email. You will be sent a verification code to enter on the screen for the virtual hub. Note: The verification code expires after 24 hours and if for some reason you get logged out, you will have to follow this step again.

Step 3: During the Conference
Bookmark the Virtual Hub! This will show your schedule and where you will join each session. You can also modify your schedule here and chat with other attendees.
