Need to Request an Account?

  • Membership to the Community is by invitation only. One of your agency's authorized Qualifacts Care Center (QCC) case submitters will need to submit a case on your behalf.
    • Case Category: Admin
    • Case Sub-Category: Qualifacts Community Users
    • Case Description:
      • First Name
      • Last Name
      • Job Title
      • Email Address
      • Persona (e.g., System Administrator, RCM, Clinical, Compliance, IT, Executive)
  • Please note, QCC case submitters are automatically added to Community.


Forgotten Password?

  • Using the Forgotten Password link on the login page, Community will send a password reset link to your email. If you do not receive an email within an hour there may be an additional step needed:
    • An active account does not exist for your email. Please follow the steps to request an account.
    • There may be a block on your email preventing our emails to reaching your inbox. Please ask your IT team if they can perform a message trace.
