My career started as a licensed therapist (LPC), which eventually led me into program management at a nonprofit behavioral health agency. There, I became the full Carelogic system administrator while simultaneously running two clinical programs — a combination that gave me an unusually grounded view of how EHR systems either support or complicate real clinical and operational work.
That experience shaped everything that followed. I now run CHS Business Solutions, working exclusively with behavioral health agencies on Carelogic and EHR administration.
I'm here to stay current and contribute where I can. On a personal note: my wife and I are raising three young children, and our favorite family activity is cooperative strategy board games — which probably explains my appreciation for complex problem solving.
